The Beta Tommy.dff file does not work on cutscenes. That's why we have the normal tommy there, but the normal Tommy is still wearing the beta clothes.

hey guys, i downloaded your mod but i have a problem, i tried to extract the .rar file with winrar and alzip and it keeps telling me ''Format not Supported'' what's the solution to this problem?

You should try re-downloading the archive.
It most likely didn't finish the download.
Have patience and leave it alone for a few minutes after your download is complete.

Make sure the download is completely 100%. Also, we use winrar to zip the folder, so if you want try using winrar.

Sorry..,. I wasnt paying so much attention to those details...i really need to play it more....
But i noixed something you did not made yet.... in gtabvc beta all cars had iii licence plates...not vc licence plates

Also. There was a beta Steyr AUG aswell...

In the beta Mercedes Cortez is definitely Tommy Vercetti's Love interest and that came from Scarface's love interest Elvira Hancock that's why Mercedes Angry the last to Tommy like Elvira

We definitely know that Vice City mixed of Scarface and Miami Vice even Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs in the game. They have putted as Cheetah VCPD Vice cops.

That's how it was supposed to look in the Alpha version. It is mostly un-finished.

You clearly didn't understand my statement.
The Ken used in the mod is the Alpha one not the Beta.
They added him right near the release of the mod (GTA VC Beta Vers. Mod V2).

This is the alpha version of Ken. Which means this was way before the beta stages of Vice City.
